I have a thick piece of meat that come out of my anal every few months, with excruciating pain.it stays out for abt a wk what could this be?

Not meat...: It's not a piece of meat, but likely a hemorrhoid (can also feel like a little ball coming out of the anus). But, i'd get this checked out to make sure it's nothing more concerning.

Have DOC take a look: I agree with previous answer, most likely what you are seeing are hemorrhoids, but rectal prolapse needs to be excluded and in a woman a rectocele. See your doctor soon.

Prolapse: Either rectal prolapse, a pro lapsing hemorrhoid, or even colon cancer. You need to see a colon and rectal surgeon.
