A better idea: If you miss one pill, you should take your missed pill as soon as you remember it. Then you should take your next pill at the usual time. This may mean that you take both pills at the same time. If you miss more than 1 pill, you should refer to the package insert or call you doctor to find out what to do. Taking two pills close together may cause some nausea or bleeding but its safe.

Good question: Is it likely you would get pregnant no. However, anytime you miss a birth control pill you expose your self to pregnancy with unprotected sex.
