Yes: Tattoo's to my knowledge only affect your skin. Shouldn't cause an issue with pregnancy.

Yes: THe tattoo ink will not affect your pregnancy and baby. That said I would hold of on any other tattoos until you deliver and if you are going to breast feed after that is done as well Best of luck
