Not a penis disease: Cushing's syndrome is not a disease of the penis. It is a systemic (body wide) disease due to excessive production of cortisol (a natural hormone like cortisone). Cushing's syndrome typically causes stretch marks, weakness, high blood pressure, fluid retention, diabetes.
