Yes: On main side effect of hormone replacement is elevations in Blood Pressure. U may require trying another medication. My main suggestion to check u'r Blood Pressure a few times a week and record the numbers. Take them in to your doctor so they can have a more objective pattern for u'r Blood Pressure readings which will allow them to make the best decision.
