Nature: Even if everything is working right, there is only a 25 % chance of getting pregnant each month you try. The longer you keep trying, the more likely you will succeed. At your age, we usually recommend waiting a year before you get tested for infertility. If your cycles are irregular, though you may need to be evaluated sooner.
