Safe sex: It is impossible to estimate your chances of conceiving a pregnancy in that situation. However, if even a small amount of semen found its way into the vagina, then a pregnancy is possible. Also, remember that the method that you described WILL NOT protect you against STD's. I would recommend that you use a condom in the future.
