SSRI and sex: Anorgasmia and other sexual dysfunction can occur with antidepressants like Celexa (citalopram). If Celexa (citalopram) is doing well for your depression, your doctor can try reducing the dose or schedule and see if that works. You could try other SSRI's. Otherwise several other antidpressants have little sexual side effects such as bupropion, nefazodone, and mirtazapine.

Common side effect: So called anorgasmia of a SSRI like Celexa (citalopram). There are other options and you should review your options with your doctor about if those options are a reasonable alternative.
