Possibly: Depending on when in your cycle you started the pills, it may delay your period but it will fall into the pill cycle and come when you are on the placebo pills.

Varies: It is okay to start birth control pills anytime during your menstrual cycle (Quick start) provided you are not already pregnant or at high risk for pregnancy (recent unprotected sex). However, should use back up contraception for at least 7 days after you start. If you do start them at other times beside your period you may miss your next period, it may come early, or you may have some spotting

Delayed: Depending on where in your cycle you start, your period will most likely be delayed until you last row of pills.
