Is it safe to have unprotected sex 3 weeks after stopping amoxcillin , just had period this week , next week will be 3 weeks from taking the antibiotc?

Yes: I am assuming you are taking the pill? Amoxicillin may affect pill effectiveness in a small percentage of women (1%). Its always the safest thing to use a back-up method such as a condom while you are on an antibiotic and for 7 days afterwards. If you are three weeks from stopping Amoxicillin you should be safe.
