Take a test: If you missed 4 pills and had unprotected sex then pregnancy is certainly possible. Missing pills also triggers irregular menstrual bleeding. Check a pregnancy test 2 weeks after intercourse to confirm that you are not pregnant. Consider an IUD or Nexplanon so you can avoid these scares in the future.
