Unlikely: Sexually transmitted disease are usually transmitted through having sex, oral sex etc. It is unlikely you will get sexually transmitted diseases from strangers by sharing their drinks unless you have opens sores or lesions in your mouth. You can still get sick and get things like the cold, flu etc from sharing drinks.

Dr. Marianne DiNapolianswered

Unfortunately, yes: In the United States, african americans are disproportionately affected by sexually transmitted diseases such as hiv, chlamydia, and gonorrhea. These disparities are likely related to the lack of access to high quality health care in some communities.

A 21-year-old member asked:
Are there ways to catch STDs without intercourse?

Dr. Marcus Degrawanswered

Sure: Yes, STDs can be spread by any form of sexual contact. For instance, you can get gonorrhea in your throat from oral sex (a lovely thought in the morning). Many other STDs are spread from simple skin-to-skin contact or contact with infected body secretions and certainly those things apply to other forms of sexual contact.

Just get checked: Why ask this silly question when you already know the answer is "yes." just get checked out. Some std's are dangerous to you and some are dangerous to your partner(s).

A 21-year-old member asked:
Are contracting multiple simultaneous STDs common?

Dr. Marcus Degrawanswered
Pediatrics 22 years experience
Yes: Obviously, obtaining an std infection means one is engaging in risky sexual behavior with other at risk individuals. Therefore, there is a risk of acquiring other infections at the same time. For instance, when one gets chlamydia or gonnorhea, doctors with frequent just assume you have the other because they often go hand-in-hand.
