Clotrimazole: Clotrimazole in and of itself is an anti-fungal and not a steroid. But, some creams combine this with a steroid. The product not combined is safe for your genitals and other areas of skin infected with yeast or fungus.

No: Clotrimazole is an azole antigungal drug for fungal skin infections such as athlet's foot, jock itch, ringworm, candidiasis, pityriasis, etc. So, it's okay to use it on the penis and scrotum if you got skin fungal infection there. Of course, follow instructions and ask doc as needed.

Can I use lotrimin (clotrimazole) af antifungal cream on testicles?
One of my testicles has been very red and itchy for weeks now. I have put on Lotrimin (clotrimazole) and it isn't helping. What do you recommend?
I have itching around my testicle area for last couple of years, used econazol nitrate and clotrimazole before without success in removing itching.
Doctor Suggested applying a antifungal cream and then a antibacterial on top of each other to treat balanitis? Is it safe to put them both on at once? The fugal is Lotrimin and the bacterial Im not sure about. Will this cause long term penis damage?
