A member asked:

What testicle volume constitutes microorchidism?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: There is much confusion regarding normal testis size and volume depending on such factors as age, ethnicity, what tool was used to measure volume (ultrasound or prader orchidometer), and what formula was used to measure volume, etc. A reasonable answer using ultrasound for normal adult males would be: 4.0- 5.5 cm in height, 2.5-3.2 cm width, and 12-25 cm in volume. Hope this helps.
