Local irritation: Sounds like a localized reaction. You can try a topical, mild over the counter steroid cream if the area is itchy and rd, but even a mild less potent steroid may be "burning" to the area. Best to get it evaluated by derm to assure the proper diagnosis is obtained. Good luck.
