See a doctor: Azithromycin is not the only treatment for stis. A doctor should evaluate and maybe test for likely and possible causes of sti in each case. That way, specific treatment can be started.

Two at one time: The recommended treatment for gonorrhea or chlamydia std is a single dose of Azithromycin 1000 mg (two 500mg pills) or Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days.
