If not pregnant: it would reduce pregnancy risk. If it was used for emergency contraception the second set of pills is recommended at 12 hours later. However, you asked "will I still be pregnant?" Nordette should not be used if pregnant - it is not an abortion pill. This is not the best option if you are trying to prevent pregnancy.
