Not likely: If you haven't missed any pills then the likelihood of you being pregnant is very low. It can be normal to have some breakthrough bleeding, even on the birth control pill. Chance of pregnancy using birth control perfectly over course of year is around 4-6%, so pretty low. But not zero. Good luck!
