I had sex a week after ovulating and he came inside me. how high is the risk of me getting pregnant?

Not high: The egg only survives 24-36 hours after ovulation. If an individual truly has sex a week after ovulation, then conception is highly unlikely. If there is any doubt regarding the timing of ovulation, the answer can change.

Guide: The egg lasts 1 day and sperm survives 3to5 days so that your chances of pregnancy are slim if your cycles are very regular as you had sex 7 days after ovulation. This is only a guide however.
