Start Pill: Your bleeding can vary and not even happen on low dose pills. If you are sure you haven't missed any pills (and therefore can't be pregnant). Start the new pack at end of old pack.

Take a test : If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. If negative it's okay to miss your period while on birth control.
