Unlikely: If the condom broke then you should consider it like not having used a condom at all.

Sooner is better: You could get pregnant. Plan b works best if taken sooner, but is not perfect. Consider a copper iud. It works better and will protect you for up to 10 years. For that see a clinic/doc within 5 days of sex.
