Does fluconazole affect yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol)? would fluconazole, delay my period?

Fluconazole : Fluconazole should not affect the workings of the birth control pill. It should not delay you period. Occasionally on the pill, you will see no bleeding, or only a little bleeding, some months. This is ok. If you are worried, a simple pregnancy test should ease your mind.
