No If you use it: As instructed , 3 wks on and 1 wk off , NuvaRing is 98% effective , means even with proper uses 2% chance of getting pregnant. It appears you followed as recommended. Plan b is not effective wk after, you want to be sure get a pregnancy test done and talk to your doctor.
