A 30-year-old male asked:

Is it ok to have unprotected sex after nuclear perfusion stress test? i was given nuclear isotope radiation. staff advised me to wait 6 weeks

Sex after radiation: The concerns are for sperm and then abnormal babies resulting from that sperm. If advised to wait 6 weeks you should wait 6 weeks. Otherwise the only way to minimize risk is to make sure that you use condoms- even then that is not a guarentee to prevent problems.
