Vasectomy: Not sure I understand the question. Reduced sperm count usually comes from illness and I can't recommend that. Surgeries to reduce sperm: Vasectomy (permanent) Testosterone will make you sterile (temporarily). Prevent pregnancy: Condom. Some new meds are coming that will cause temporary low counts, but they are not approved yet.

Here are some ...: Sperm production is under the control of Follicular stimulating hormone (FSH) so any thing that can diminishes or eliminates FSH leading to suppress testosterone will decrease sperm production. So, be careful if there is medical necessity to use the drugs in this category. For detailed, ask Doc timely.
