I took anal bead home by accident from sex partner i have protected sex with. i wiped it with disinfectant wipe 3 week ago. today i used it, it made me bleed. is there still any std or sti left on it?

Not likely: Many disinfectants will not kill viral sti organisms such as hpv. However most bacteria and viruses will die upon air contact over a three-week time. As a rule of thumb, i would not share sex toys that cannot be covered with a condom if you are concerned about preventing sti's.
