No wait for your per: Birth control pills come in a pack of usually 28 pills. The pack has to be started after you start with your periods and you take one pill daily at the same time.21 pills have active hormones to suppress the ovulation, and last 7 pills are inactive pills without any hormones. And you get your periods every 28 days and start the new pack on 29thday and the cycle gets repeated every month.
