Need exam: This is the type of thing that is really difficult to diagnose without visually examining and testing the spot. It doesn't sound like an emergency, so make an appointment with the gynecologist when the pimple is visible.

It could be a: Bacterial infection, a wart , blister (?Herpes) etc.My answer is just a guess and only ur dr can confirm this. Take care!
