Maybe: First off is hygiene-- definitely urinate after sex. It helps prevent utis. Sometimes semen can change ph of vagina and make it easier to get uti. See your doc. You may need antibiotics. Sometimes people take them just on days they have sex. Talk to your doc about your options and to test for an actual uti.
