Clitoris lump: The lump could be an inflamed skin follicle or "boil." occasionally hot compresses help. If you have ever been sexually active, then you need to entertain other entities like a herpes infection. However, with herpes, there are usually several painful lesions, not just one. If compresses do not work, then see a provider.
