Take a test.: When a person changes birth control methods, it can take your body a little while to adjust, and the cramping may be related to premenstrual cramps, pelvic infection, or bladder/bowel cramps or ovarian cyst. A pregnancy test will help settle one question and help you relax. If pain persists or gets worse, get it checked out.
