Possible pregnancy: The easiest way to rule out pregnancy is to do a home pregnancy test. If negative, the likelihood of pregnancy if fairly low. If the symptoms persist and no period, repeat in 2 weeks, in case your first pregnancy test was done too early. If the second one is negative, look for other causes of missed period and see your doc.
