It varies: How long before you are fertile again after a miscarriage. It is usually recommend to take birth control precautions until one full cycle complete so you know where you stand in your fertility phase. If you goorw than 4 weeks without a cycle or have any signs of pregnancy (e.g. Fatigue, breast tenderness, nausea) then take a pregnancy test.
