I had sex vaginal anal and oral.all the same night. well now i have painful blisters in/on my anal. doc thinks i have herpes. but it's just on my anal?

That is possible: A herpes culture is very accurate and if it is positive than i would believe it. It is not uncommon for herpes to be in one site.

Anal blisters: Painful genital/ anal blisters may very well be herpes which could be transmitted sexually especially type 2, which is mostly found on genotal areas. Type 1 causes the so call cold sores, which are not necessarily transmitted sexually but if you had oral sex it could also be given to the other person as well. You should seek evaluation with your pcp or gyn provider.
