Vaginitis: Yeast vaginal infection can present with itching, redness, vaginal cottage cheese like discharge and inflammation of vagina and areas around it, so that definitely includes the clitoris. People can use yeast otc vaginal creams but if not effective you may need to see your gyn or pcp to determine if you need another treatment or if you have another type of infection.
