Not needed: Unless you have measured your sperm count at least twice and it is severely low there would be no reason to worry about that at all. And only certain medications after testing can be used to increase the number if severely low. Just because a woman's tests look fine does not mean you need more sperm. Usually the issue is you need help getting the eggs and sperm to work correctly.
