Stress certainly...: ...Worsens psoriasis (and many other medical conditions). Effective treatments for scalp are very different from those for genital area. Your best option is to consult a dermatologist with expertise in psoriasis treatment, as there are numerous options available. Non-prescription medications, in my experience, are ineffective; don't waste your money on them.
