Highly abnormal: I'm going to assume that you're having this difficulty when you're looking at your favorite 'adult' pictures / thinking your favorite 'adult' things, rather than with a partner with whom you may not be comfortable. This is VERY serious. Get with your physician. You may have a prolactinoma, hemochromatosis, or something else.
