Be safe, ch w GYN: Best to check with your gyn who know you best. Generally, sex is safe at your stage or pregnancy, but with the spotting, to be safe, you can be very cautious and have very mild, slow sex, that is not violent, rough, or "frenzied." check with gyn though to be safe. Best wishes.
