Are sperm from an older dad as good as frozen sperm from a donor if older mom is having trouble conceiving?

Depends upon semen: Donor semen is only preferable if semen from older dad-to-be has poor a very low count and/or poor quality semen or sperm. Chances of conceiving improve by artificial insemination by older dad, and worth trying before using donor sperm. Good luck.
