Started pmsing feb 7th. i stopped birthcontrol patch and around feb 20th i think i got a withdrawl bleed. should next pms be around the 7th or 20th?

PMS: Pms happens in the days before your period. You will have to determine when your next period will come. Generally that is about 4 weeks after your last one if you have normal cycles. Consider restarting the patch to control pms, regulate your cycles and prevent pregnancy.
