Sciatica: This sounds most like sciatica or sciatic nerve symptoms. The site of irritation could be the lower back, ls spine, or much less commonly a piriformis syndrome. If there is irritation in the lumbar spine at the nerve root level then it is termed a lumbar radiculopathy.
