Not a true period: When a real menstrual period happens, the lining of the uterus is cleared out, meaning there cannot be a pregnancy inside the uterus because everything comes out. So, if one is pregnant, then the vaginal bleeding is not a true menstrual period... Or... If one is not pregnant, then the vaginal bleeding may be a real menstrual period.
