My breasts have been sore everyday for 9 days (since ovulation). today i noticed tiny spider veins on my left side of my breast. is something wrong?

Normal finding: I am amazed about how often I have women ask me about the veins on their breast. Occasionally they are spider veins but mostly they are blue veins. These are almost always normal findings and normal variations of chest veins. They tend to be more pronounced in fair skinned females and they may be related to hereditary factors or even pregnancies. No treatment is necessary unless for cosmetics.

Probably normal : Sometimes, breast tissue will become more swollen during or after a menstrual cycle, than other times. This could lead to congestion of breast tissue which could bring out small varicose veins. If the condition worsens and is associated with increasing swelling and pain, you should see a physician for more evaluation. Hope this helps.
