Sometimes when i drink energy drinks i get an erection why?

Don't know: But I am not a fan of people using excessive amounts of caffeine as a stimulant (the vitamins etc in some of them is total bs). Usually stimulant drugs reduce erections, so i don't understand your reaction, but there are always individual differences in what kinds of side effects. When you are on energy drinks are you thinking more about sex, or sexual things? I would stop the energy drinks.
