Probably not: If you had a regular period 6/15 two weeks after having sex with a man, and if your pregnancy test was negative more than 2 weeks after, it's unlikely you conceived on 5/27. If you had an ultrasound at 10-12 weeks, that calculated due date will also tell you the probable date of conception.
