People go through withdrawal when freeing themselves from addition. Each time you have sexual pleasure related to things that are not appropriate for you it strengthens the addiction. Get a self-help book about the 12 steps and seek a 12 step program for sex.

Difficult situation: Never having met you, i can't answer "why" you are addicted to porn or your sister. However, porn addiction is a common problem, and sibling incest may be part of this. When siblings are having sex with each other, it may mean families are not functioning with normal boundaries, parental guidance, or supervision.
