Light reddish discharge after unprotected sex when i went to the bathroom. i'm on the pill and nowhere near my period. this has never happen. causes?

Post coital bleeding: It is not normal to have bleeding after intercourse. It could be because of infection or a cervical lesion or abnormal pap smear . You should get a pap smear and check up if you recently had a pap and it was normal then it could be because you are on the pill . If you have not missed the pill and are not in pain then wait a few weeks to see if the symptoms continue and if they do see a gyn.

Post coital spotting: There are many reasons for spotting after sex. It may be due to cervicitis or from taking your pill late. If it worsens see your physician.
