Ride-along: It is either completely coincidental and you were getting sick when had sex, or may have had an std along with which is causing a pharyngeal infection (and the irritation is causing some bleeding). Either way, needs examination-your dr / urgent care / "std clinic" for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the future, please remember condoms work for oral sex also.
