I've been obese since forever, i'm on clomid (clomiphene) for the 2ndmonth, due2my ovulation test i did ovulate .. could being obese prevent pregnancy if im ovulatin?

Unfortunately yes: Studies have shown that obesity is an additional risk factor for infertility even in women who have regular ovulatory cycles. So if you're not pregnant by your 3rd cycle, you may want to take a break from fertility treatments and just work on your diet, exercise, and weight. You could work with a personal trainer and a nutritionist. Any improvement will help!
